I married into a special family, and now have one of my own. There are few greater gifts than the gift of children. Just one smile can outweigh all of the troubled times. My three beautiful daughters have grown into wonderful ladies.

Good health has given me the opportunity to participate in sports like cricket, and football, and a chance to teach others. I have taught Year 12 Biology for 24 years and I have coached Schoolboy Football for 25 years. (The highlight being 4 consecutive premierships with Xavier College 1st XVIII).
I gained my Masters of Science in 2000.
Now I am a Deputy Headmaster in this fine Jesuit School.
Life’s journey was not uphill for long.

You cannot go through life worrying about contracting cancer.
If you're the unlucky one, then you are the one with the fight.
Nothing will change that. It becomes a matter of doing everything
within your power to give yourself the best chance of recovery.
We all have reserves of strength to call upon. Don't underestimate yourself.
Resilience.
Persistence.
The power of the God-given Human Spirit.
There will be better times and they take on new meaning.
