When school finished, leaving two weeks for study, I decided
to retreat to Sherbrooke with Peter Carrodus for several days
of uninterrupted work. No telephone, and no functioning
television. I crammed a great deal of knowledge into my brain in
preparation for those vital examinations. The peace and quiet
made study much easier than usual.
It was a really productive time.
